I really like the jeep jogging strollers but I am not sure if they make a double! If they do, I recommend this one.

Anything with the bigger tires is the best.

Babiesrus sells these kind.

For our first, we used the Baby Jogger brand which we loved, but we didn't have a double. It's very easy to fold up and is lightweight. But you aren't supposed to use it until they are 3 months, and that is with the snuzzler insert. Now that we have two, we use the double chariot, which I also love. It's not as easy to fold up, but it's great for my toddler because I can throw in toys and snacks and they won't fall out. Also, with my 5 week old, you can buy an insert called a bivy sack that they lay in, and it cushions them and it keeps them lying horizontal. And we can use it for cycling and cross country skiing as well.

You can try Toys R Us (Ikeburo, Kawasaki,Odaiba) Oshman's Sporting Goods (Shinjuku, Harajuku, Machida) Lala Port Mall, super Sports Zebio, The Sports Authority (next to Lala Port). Local bike shops are hit and miss.

I've seen them at Babies R Us and I've also seen quite a few in the HardOff consignment shops. You could also try the major department stores.

I own a BOB revolution jogger. The store I bought it from explained to me that I shouldn't use it until the baby has good head and neck control - around 3 to 4 months.

I would try to find the manufacturer recommendations online, if you don't have them. Personally I would not put a child that can't sit-up on it's own in one.

Who is the manufacturer? If you know that, you can go to their website and see the age recommendations.

I had one with my first but I didn't use it until she could sit up and hold her head up - like 4ish months old. (I'm just guessing based on my memory). I do think it did allow me to strap in the infant seat though. Mine was the Eddie Bauer one, I got it at target. Yea I did strap in the infant car seat carrier and used that with her until she was old enough to sit up. I would check to see if that feature is available.
